Payment and Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Terms
Payment for all services must be made via direct deposit no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Payment must be deposited into the designated account provided by Blooming Brilliance. Services will not be rendered unless full payment is received within the required timeframe.
2. Cancellations
Clients may cancel scheduled services at any time by providing written notice to Blooming Brilliance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time is required to avoid cancellation fees.
3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the client fails to attend the scheduled service without prior notice, Blooming Brilliance reserves the right to retain the full payment or charge an appropriate cancellation fee at its discretion.
